Happy March! I have begun buying tulips in hopes of urging the Spring weather on. But so far nothing has changed. The cold weather and the snow is really wearing everyone down. I guess Punxsutawney Phil, the ever popular weather predicting ground hog, called it correctly. A long winter it has been.
