Stay healthy this holiday season and shine!
I usually do cleanse before the holidays. Why? Because I need all the energy I can find to sustain me through my hectic schedule, and I want to look fabulous. Of course this is the time of year to celebrate – and that usually means cooking more food and if you are not careful food that is less wholesome. Are you hosting family this year, or perhaps you have committed to all sorts of get together’s – work, friends and family – each celebrating the holidays? This holiday season is your time to shine – feel good, and show off your healthy, toned body.
What I discovered was that by pampering myself with tasty whole food dishes – I shed water weight, decreased bloating, and increased my energy – the perfect pre-condition to stay healthy this holiday season, and I’d like to share my pampering program with you. Over the years I have put together a little pampering regimen for myself that seems to do the trick of making me look fabulous.
First I commit to a mini cleanse that’s 7-10 days to rid myself of toxins that are weighing me down ,slowing my thought processes and also bringing me down mentally. Afterwards I feel refreshed and I look great, also.
