They acknowledge the fact that the chemicals present in these green vegetables create striking reactions in AhR proteins. When it triggers the system, it activates the partial generation of IEL cells in the body.

Regardless, these AhR proteins also play an active and protective role in immunity defense other than the IEL production. It is maintained that IEL cells are vital for eliminating foreign and infectious entities to safeguard their parent organism. Also, AhR acts as a bond that takes a grip on the DNA to strengthen intracellular genetic integrity. In all aspects, they help in boosting the immunity so that it becomes less vulnerable to deteriorate.
